“Woke up to 87 degree house ! Called Hawley Air and had someone out within a few hours, same day ! They sent Kyle D to look at. He was very professional and informative. Never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Ended up replacing a fan motor he had in stock on his van and house was already cooling down before he left. Would highly recommend them to anyone and hope you get Kyle as your guy ! This was the best experience I’ve had with a service provider at my home.”

“Outstanding service from Hawley Air! We were impressed with the entire team; from Jeff, our sales advisor, Nathan, the lead technician and installers Carlos and Mitchell. They arrived on time and worked relentlessly on a very hot July day to remove old and install new HVAC system. They were professional, polite, friendly. At the end of the day everything had been explained and Nathan made sure we were completely satisfied. We appreciate the great customer service from Hawley Air. They deserve six stars.”
“Had a flat tire in clemmons at the SECU and Zack and Noah stopped and help me troubleshoot and provide tools and fix the spare. got me and my six-year-old out of the sweltering heat. Kind, friendly, professional attitudes. And I didn't even hire them. Thank you guys.”
