“We are very happy with the new units. It definitely works great. The heat is the warmest we’ve had in a long time. Zach and Noah were very nice and polite. They were always here a little before scheduled time and worked very efficiently. They put down plastic in the entrance and on the steps which helped keep things neat and clean.. When they finished they cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend Hawley Air to others..”

“Alex came by this morning for a routine checkup of our air conditioning/heating systems. He presented himself in a very professional /pleasant manner, He called to let us know was on the way and provided an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival he reviewed his plan of activities for the service call and got right to work. Following his inspection he shared his findings and reported our system was in good condition and needed no additional maintenance at this time. He did offer good suggestions for our consideration to potentially enhance our confidence in the continued reliability of the system. At no time did we feel that he was trying to sell us anything today, only a sincere attempt to provide solid ideas to enhance our comfort in the reliability of our home systems. Should we need additional maintenance in the near future, we would be happy to see Alex arrive as our service technician and highly recommend him.”
“I really enjoyed Camden working on my air conditioning unit. He was so nice and explained everything he was doing. He was so sweet to put up with me and all my questions. He knew exactly what he was doing. Poor thing even worked in the pouring rain on Monday. Then came back on Tuesday to finish up. I really enjoyed talking to him also. He is such a kind person. I will recommend him highly! Thanks Camden for all you did. You did a great job!!”
