“This was my first experience with Hawley and I was pleasantly surprised as I had pretty much lost my faith in HVAC companies for many reasons. Hawley sent a very nice tech, Tyler, to my home within an hour of me calling them, and within 24 hours they were installing my new system. Techs Joe, Mitchell, and Noah were super nice, professional and courteous and they did an amazing job! They were so respectful to my property and were so accommodating, and I couldn’t be more grateful to them and Hawley. I will be a lifelong client!”

“We had another HVAC company come out for a tune-up and then the next week our unit started making a strange noise. We decided to call Hawley and they were able to come out the same day to assess the situation. It turned out the other company had missed that our motor needed to be replaced. Hawley ordered the new motor and was able to get it for free since it was still under warranty. Once it came in, they installed it quickly and efficiently. We are so thankful to have AC again! They also gave us some window units upon request to help keep the house cool while we waited for the motor to come in. Thanks to our tech Wesley for being kind and explanatory throughout the process and Brayden who assisted in installation.”

They took time to explain everything to my husband and I and answer all of our questions. Jeff was also very thorough and professional in evaluating our AC needs when he came out to do our estimate. They were all friendly and courteous. Solid team! Would definitely recommend!”

“ac stopped draining on a very hot day & pan filled with water, turned off ac & called for service late afternoon. hawley had a fellow out here the next day & unclogged the drainage pipe. there was a slight issue afterwards & tech came back out & fixed. very nice folks to deal with & tech was super nice. thank you!”
