He asked me several questions and completed a diagnostics of my unit. He was very thorough and explained the diagnostics findings and what parts were needed in order to fix the unit. He also explained the maintenance plan that Hawley air offered & The benefits of having the plan. At no point in time did I feel pressured to make a decision he was just giving me the options that were available to save some additional cost. Although I declined the maintenance plan at that time, he proceeded to make the repairs on unit, I was very impressed the time Kyle took two explain what each part was responsible for and making in unit run effectively. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Holly air to anyone for any future AC or heating services. I would rate this family owned business 5 star For all of my future needs. “I highly recommend Hawley Air. Brayden and Nick did the installation and stayed late to make sure the install of my new Trane heat pump was working correctly. Wes came out for repair and also did a great job. We just had our first maintenance on our new Trane and Jacob D. was very efficient and knowledgeable about the system.
