“Kyle was very friendly and professional. And even though it was pouring rain the entire time he was here , he still did an outstanding job!! He even gave my grandson a cute coloring book and bag. So far everyone I’ve spoke with or met has been exceptional, but Kyle was absolutely fantastic.”
“Cam, Nathan and Nick came out today to take a look at my Unit due to coils freezing. They were fantastic. Not only did they come the same day, they fixed multiple issues causing the problem.
But what I really appreciate, is that they went above and beyond answering all my Questions so that I now understand what to look for and What caused my issue. And when I asked questions that was beyond their knowledge, they didn't give me less than expert advice or direct me to contact the office. They called themselves to get the answers to my questions, and explained further when needed. They were very Friendly, Kind and Professional. I couldn't ask for more and am greatly appreciative for their help. I will definitely request them if I need help in the future.

“Hawley Air is about quality for sure! Their staff is very kind and considerate of the comfort needs of their clients. They installed my unit and there was manufacturing issues. Hawley was willing and ready to do whatever was needed to ensure the problem was solved. Even if they had to stay out late to get the job done! I have so many great things to say about this business including the number one thing which is they care about the customer. Thank you to all the installers and duct cleaning crew for establishing great service.”

“Hawley got out to me same day ( critical in this summer heat). They started diagnostics, identified the issue right off the bat, and replaced the motor and installed a fresh capacitor in just under an hour. Unit started right up on full blast. They told me what was going on, outlined multiple options to resolve the issue and let me choose the one that was right for me with zero pressure either way. And even though I was their last call of the day, they stayed late to get it done. Super professional, very personable and easy to work with – the great reviews are justified.
Will be saving their number for when I need work done on my rental units.
