This is a follow up to my previous post. After using our new system installed by Hawley Air I want to say the T8000 series Honeywell Thermostat is awesome. You can set your comfort schedule as well as a vacation schedule. If you want to change up or down you can and set temporary hold and it will hold new set points until the next scheduled change. Very simple to use and accurate. Being Wifi capable you can monitor and change from anywhere. The graphics and options on the wifi app are great Like I stated earlier the who installs your system and the components they use makes a huge difference in how well and how efficiently your system works. Hawley Air cuts no corners and their service people are well trained and knowledgeable explaining every detail to be sure you know how to use. I’m extremely happy I chose Hawley Air and highly recommend them to you!
Hawley has been amazing. During the installation of a new unit, I voiced some concerns about air flow in an upstairs bedroom, which had been a previous existing issue. They worked tirelessly to identify & resolve the issue! This involved multiple trips to my home & some creative solutions, but they stuck with it until it was right! I really appreciate their professionalism, kindness & flexibility! All the technicians were amazing, but want to specifically name Miguel & Travis!
Travis was great. I have never dealt with a more professional or caring young man. He explained everything throughly without pushing anything on us. Thank you for training and trusting him with your business. He is worth his weight in gold plus.
Had been a couple of years since my furnace was installed, so I wanted to get it checked. Jacob and Dave kept me informed thru the entire process and offered a couple of options at the end. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. I would highly recommend Hawley HVAC.

Tyler and Zach installed an AirScrubber and a Honeywell filter as well as thoroughly cleaning the fan They thoroughly explained the installations and showed us before and after pictures of our units. Their company policy of texting the picture of the technician was reassuring in this day and time. These two young men were more polite and respectful of all the servicemen we have ever employed. Not only were they obviously well trained, their manners came easily. We really appreciate the good work, but Tyler and Zach gave us new hope for their generation!
I had a problem with my air handler leaking water into my air duct. David & Jeffrey was so kind in discovering the issue and enlightening me on what happened and what needs to happen to fix the problem. I did not use Hawley Air to fix because it was covered under warranty. However I do highly recommend them. I will certainly give them a call if I need an HVAC tech in the future. Tyler visited our home on a Saturday. He was pleasant and explained our issue with our air conditioner in detail. I can’t say enough how helpful Tyler was. We will request him again if we have other issues.
