Just had our residential heating and cooling units serviced for the first time with Hawley, as a part of our new seasonal service agreement. First of all let me say WOW! What a pleasant experience. Service person, Ethen, was prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, took the time answer my questions, and did a really excellent job performing maintenance and fixing issues as noted. He absolutely went above and beyond, earning our trust and ensuring that Hawley is now our preferred choice for heating and air needs. Thank you Ethan, and thank you Hawley!
Travis did an awesome job viewing our home and our concerns that we had since we just purchased our home 8 months ago. He went beyond his normal to research all of our issues. This was a great experience and we look forward to working with this company.
Requested check outside unit, it needed a new motor the cost for everything was over 600$ we looked up the fan motor by the model number and it was only $129.92 . I am happy that my furnace is working properly, but I just don't understand why it cost so much when the motor wasn't expensive. I understand labor and I know service call was 89$ but they wouldn't tell me how much the motor was without the labor cost together . We sent messages and asked but they still wouldn't separate the cost of the motor and labor . Just not happy with price I paid . Won't be using this company again .

He was on time. And quick at diagnosis. But overcharged for the work he done. Was charged for cleaning and the only thing he cleaned was coil.
Wanted double the cost to clean blower assembly 481.50
I was charged $250.38. for him to clean coil only.
They overcharge me.

But I do not recommend company.
I had service done for 50 $ more than I already paid you. For 300.$ a week later another company clean coil again , clean blower assembly, coil on outside unit check freeon. And all components of system. I believe you should give me a refund .

David was my technician and he was so thorough and explained everything to me and did not do an in and out. He was here for a time making sure he got my dryer vent clear. So thankful. Wonderful company.
We had our A/C unit take a dive one is read the reviews done our homework and it was well worth the time spent looking David was very professional and knowledgeable he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and why it was being done and we will never go to anyone else for Heating and air services hands down the best place to go seriously look no further these guys are where it’s at thank you Hawley
