Our services began on 6/2 with the technicians, Jacob and Scott coming to do our bi-annual maintenance. Jacob shared with us that last year Mitchell put in several pounds of Freon and again this year the Freon was low. He shared he couldn’t find the leak and recommended a repair or replacement. He then referred Travis Duggins from Hawley Air to share with us our options. Due to several situations related to the old HVAC system, we decided replacement. On Friday morning a full crew came to install our new system. The lead Joseph Riggan, team members Austin Adams, Noah Sowden, and Pablo Solis-Nazario spent 5 + hours installing the entire new HVAC system. Branden Hawley contributed by making sure the electrical system was working perfectly. Overall, we were very very pleased with the equipment and services we received. Each Hawley Air team member we interacted with were professional, efficient and very friendly to work with. We trust the services Hawley Air provides.

Alex was great! We had a problem with hot air not getting out of the house and he replaced a capacitor. He was very patient with me, having had to repeat the process to me no less than 4 times. He was very friendly and professional. I thought he did a great job because we are back in cool air, thank goodness.

Kendrick W. great technician did an awesome job checking our system out to make sure we get the most efficient service from the unit. Very knowledgeable, very polite and takes the time to answer all questions or concerns. We had some parts not functioning to their full capacity which in the end would cause major problems. The technician by doing a great evaluation of all components was able to locate the areas that needed replacing. Fantastic service and communication with Hawley HVAC. A new user of their services. Of all the local HVAC companies I've tried, Hawley is the best. The technician, Mitchell, explained everything and always wore shoe coverings. I knew exactly who to let in prior to his arrival, since the company had sent a photo and name of my technician the morning of our service call. This level of customer service should make homeowners very comfortable knowing who is coming over. Hawley has an excellent maintenance agreement that is just common sense to sign up with. Nobody wants to have their AC go out when its hot. But this is what got me to Hawley Heating & Cooling. From making the first call, to getting in the same day, to communication when the technician comes out, in my case Jacob with Alex (?). Jacob was professional, and listened to what I had to say. He explained the values of the company and how they do a job from start to finish. Luckily he was able to get the parts today. When I had a question he was very willing to answer and explain things in detail. The job was finished fast, the unit tested, and Jacob explained to me what I would need in the future and what to look out for. I would definitely recommend this company.
