“Alex came by this morning for a routine checkup of our air conditioning/heating systems. He presented himself in a very professional /pleasant manner, He called to let us know was on the way and provided an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival he reviewed his plan of activities for the service call and got right to work. Following his inspection he shared his findings and reported our system was in good condition and needed no additional maintenance at this time. He did offer good suggestions for our consideration to potentially enhance our confidence in the continued reliability of the system. At no time did we feel that he was trying to sell us anything today, only a sincere attempt to provide solid ideas to enhance our comfort in the reliability of our home systems. Should we need additional maintenance in the near future, we would be happy to see Alex arrive as our service technician and highly recommend him.”
