“I tried multiple times to contact Hawley heating and air and they sent me to voicemail. I left a voicemail and I even chatted online with Vanessa. Nothing got a call back. I was trying to change my monthly billing on the service plan because I was in the process of switching credit cards. Anyway, I got tired of dealing with it. I have since locked my old credit card and plan on canceling me service agreement.
I did find that when they did come out service my equipment they ended up trying to sell me stuff on my units and that the costs were always expensive even with the discount provided by the service agreement.”
