“Had a great experience with Hawley – this was my first time using them. Travis came out within a couple of days to thoroughly inspect my duct work for cleaning and took pictures of everything and did not try to sell me services that were not needed (for example my blower was clean). Pricing was very reasonable as compared to other quotes I received. Scheduled appt about a week out and got bumped up due to a cancellation, which was great! Austin and Dawson were the kindest and professional young men and did a great job cleaning my duct work. They covered my floor, wore booties, and were tremendously respectful and careful with my house (including new floors and paint). I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of HVAC service! “I have a concern regarding a recent quote I got from your company. since air conditioning/heating units are so expensive now, I did three estimates, today due to a friend's referral four estimates. My concern is none of the other three companies wanted to see in all the rooms including closets. then draw a full layout of each floor of our home. None went into my private back closet looking around. I asked the other companies about this practice, and I was told by each company in their opinion, it was unnecessary. Yes, square footage is needed, not a layout of our home Just to confirm, I have also spoken with various neighbors that have had A/C and heating replaced and NONE encountered this practice. which gives me concerns on why he did that. Can you explain if this is company policy and why? Also, curious if this is an important practice, why did he only do the layout of our upstairs rooms, closets and all, but nothing downstairs? That being said, the different level/tier quotes I received didn't come close without stating prices.”
