“On Tuesday, Wesley arrived to conduct a 20-point system check of our gas furnace to make sure everything was working as it should. Having never dealt with Hawley before, I was preparing myself to hear something like, "there seems to be a problem with your…."
I joined Wesley as he inspected the unit and was pleasantly surprised when he finished and said, "everything is working as it should."
