“I’ve never written a review before. Even when I’m not completely satisfied with something, I usually just stay quiet. But after our experience with Hawley Air, I feel like I need to say something.
We recently had a brand-new HVAC system installed, and unfortunately, our experience has been awful. Our bottom unit stopped working several weeks ago. While Hawley Air was here inspecting the system, something also went wrong with the top unit.
We spent $15,000 on a new system, in addition to spending money to fix the other system, and now, just a week and a half later, the new system is already not working.
For that kind of money, we expected a reliable system and much better service. We are extremely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled and with the quality and reliability of a system that was just installed. We are hoping Hawley Air will come out as soon as possible and get this issue fixed.”
