“When I signed up for a regular maintenance program after my first experience with Hawley (which was very positive), I really didn't expect much. Maybe the technician would check filters and take a couple readings and be on his way. I was wrong. Jacob showed up on time with a very professional attitude and more test equipment than I've ever seen. He spent well over an hour cleaning and going through my heat pump and furnace from top to bottom. He checked air flow, efficiency, drain lines, and wiring, among other things. He even checked and neatened up internal wiring in both units, finding a few loose wires. Along the way, he found the freon was low from the recent installation by another contractor. He showed me all the readings and explained that it shouldn't be a huge problem, but would affect efficiency. He provided me upfront with an price to correct the issue. I decided to have the freon set to specs and he took another half hour to make it right. He also cleaned up everywhere he went. I couldn't have been happier or more impressed. Hawley is now my forever heating contractor!”
