“My experience with Hawley Air goes back to an emergency service visit in the summer of 2023. The service technician, Jordan, impressed my wife and I with his clear attempt to give us the information we needed to make an informed decision rather than trying to sell us something. That lead us to hire Hawley to replace our old system.
Since then, Hawley hasn’t simply lived up to our original estimation, rather they have built upon it. Today’s “regular” maintenance done by Brayden, was so thorough and exhaustive that it’s hard to believe such service still exists in 2024.”

“We had to replace our upstairs Heat pump and air handler. Also enlarge vents and add 1 vent. The work was done by Mitchell and Joe. We were very pleased with the work. They were very respectful of our home by using protective covering on our wood and carpeted floors ( it was a rainy day). They took the time to answer any questions we had. They cleaned up and left no mess behind. Hawley replaced our downstairs unit a couple years ago. They also do our seasonal maintenance. We are very please with the work they do. We highly recommend Hawley Air.”

It wasn't until the first maintenance call I found out it was the owner of Hawley Air that took such good care of me.
Hawley Air has installed a new kitchen exhaust system, moved floor vents, replaced the primary HVAC system (1 of 2), cleaned the ducts, and performed semi annual maintenance on the HVAC systems. Every employee I have encountered, whether in my home or their office, is friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient; just like the owner. I am extremely happy doing business with Hawley Air.

“Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday afternoon, we called and there was somebody at our house Monday morning at 8 o’clock. He was so nice, so efficient, and he made sure we knew exactly what was going on. In less than 2 hours we had air again! This company is awesome and so are the employees! “We had another HVAC company come out for a tune-up and then the next week our unit started making a strange noise. We decided to call Hawley and they were able to come out the same day to assess the situation. It turned out the other company had missed that our motor needed to be replaced. Hawley ordered the new motor and was able to get it for free since it was still under warranty. Once it came in, they installed it quickly and efficiently. We are so thankful to have AC again! They also gave us some window units upon request to help keep the house cool while we waited for the motor to come in. Thanks to our tech Wesley for being kind and explanatory throughout the process and Brayden who assisted in installation.”

Never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Ended up replacing a fan motor he had in stock on his van and house was already cooling down before he left. He cleaned the vent from inside our home with a super vacuum and used a flexible wand connected to a powerful drill motor. Then he went outside to the vent and cleaned from outside-in using the same flexible rotating dust wand. He cleaned the flexible dryer hose and connected it securely to the wall manifold and the dryer. I saw all the fuzz and debris that was removed. Amazing! Our laundry room is cleaner now than when he arrived! I could not be more pleased.

Unfortunately, our thermostat stopped working and I didn't realize it until late in the evening.
